At every football game or event at LaVell Edwards Stadium, Brigham Young University (BYU) Police face the serious task of securing the safety and security of over 62,000 spectators and attendees.

BYU police Lt. Arnold Lemmon expands on the issues, “each time we conduct a threat assessment of the LaVell Edwards Stadium … for an athletic or cultural event, active shooter, improvised explosive device, and inclement weather incidents are always at the top of the list.” To aid in that task, INCONTROL Simulation Solutions and The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) at The University of Southern Mississippi are proud to announce the first university deployment of TOPVenue™ at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
